More sports clubs & organisations than ever before will receive funding – a record €150m has been allocated under the Sports Capital & Equipment Programme
+ there has been a particular emphasis on women’s and girls’ participation in funding awards.
For my own community here in Dublin Rathdown we’ll see 18 applicants receive funding
I hope this news encourages more people to get involved with their local sports clubs, they’re the backbone of our communities and we’re all the richer for them.
